Autobyte Solution offers a 100% Refund on all its design services; however, it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply. Autobyte Solution Refund Policy will be Voided if:

You have chosen a special, Given a discount, Promotional offer, or a custom package.

  • The primary design concept (for any service such as even website) has been approved.
  • The Logo has been finalized.
  • To ensure efficient allocation of resources, the initial deposit and project signup fee are non-refundable, to covers the initial costs of planning, resource allocation, and preliminary work required to start your project.
  • Any complimentary items or services provided by Autobyte Solution LLC, such as free posters or additional designs, are offered without payment and are therefore non-refundable. This policy ensures that the goodwill gestures and additional services provided as a courtesy are not subject to refund claims.
  • As it takes time to create final high resolution files – Autobytesolution LLC has a time maximum time of 10 days if the final files are not sent within 10 days the customer may request a refund.
  • If the Autobyesolution LLC fails to respond to any text email or any kind of communication made by the customer within 7days (1 week) of time ,the customer will be guaranteed a full refund.
  • If the client has not responded back to us (Autobytesoution LLC) within 5 days of time we reserve the right to cancel all refunds.
  • If the client fails to respond/communicate on multiple occasions we reserve the right to cancel all refunds.
  • Website development time can be upto 15 to 20 days, unless specified a certain time. If the specified time or 15 to 20 days day time is reached, and the website is not ready the client may request a refund. Does not included TAT time for initial mockup/design. For TAT time please refer to Terms and conditions.
  • The website Test/Concept is given/worked upon.
  • The website has been designed.
  • The website has been developed or deployed live.
  • If your website has been worked upon even a day or two.
  • If your logo or E-book design  initial concept is given.
  • ACH Payments and Wire Transfers: All ACH payments, wire transfers, and other global or local bank transfers over $999 are non-refundable under any circumstances. Given the high amount involved in these transactions, this policy ensures efficient allocation of resources and financial security.
  • Please note that all booking or upfront fees are non-refundable for all/any service. This policy ensures that our business is fairly compensated for reserving resources and time, and helps us mitigate losses due to cancellations or no-shows. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
  • The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the project.
  • If the client has requested for a gateway or merchant ,we do not provide a gateway or merchant. You would need to register your business for that.
  • Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief is lacking in required information.
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • If the payment is for Domain and Hosting.
  • The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
  • The business is closing or changing name or business.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any service), The client may be entitled to claim 50% of the refund after discussion with their Project Manager. The refund approval will be at discretion of Autobytesolution LLC Management’s decision on the matter will be final.
  • If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
  • Cancellations of orders prior to project initiation due to reasons unrelated to the design service itself for any number of reasons will be subjected to a 33% cancellation administrative fee.
  • our terms and conditions stats that if you bought a Design package without ownership certificate/intellectual property rights of the design then we the company obviously own it as it’s a industry standard and so if you want the rights to it as a transfer of rights of the design to the buyer then he would need to acquire it from us, hence no refunds if you want ownership certificate without agreement and payment.
